The $350 includes complete setup from claiming ownership, writing optimized descriptions, adding the best service choices, editing and uploading image assets, adding all pertinent information and finally... helping you with best practices to take full advantage of it long term to keep it highly visible.
If there's an address issue or odd outlying issue regarding the account then it can get more complicated and if so we charge $100 for each additional hour. We've yet to come across an unsolvable issue and we've yet to charge over $500 to correct problematic profile accounts.
The good news is we don't like cost surprises anymore than you so you'll know if it's more than a basic setup as soon as we do. We don't want to spend your money unwisely, we're here to be a big money-maker for your business, not an expense.

Longer answer: A real big... it depends. A clean professional and most importantly effective website for many local service based business can be done with 1 to 3 pages (for instance Home, About, Contact pages).
An average range for service based businesses is $1500-$2500 depending on complexity. We're on the more reasonable side of the price range for web design because we aim for clean, effective, fast running sites instead of flash and glitz.
It's not hard to jump into the $3000-$5000 for more complex sites and e-commerce sites. Bigger e-commerce and membership sites go past $5000+

Next, we'll need to get to work on your off-site SEO...
We need to optimize your Google Business Profile and
we'll need local area backlinks to your site as well on local directories and various other sites.
These all take time to do... keyword research, find opportunities and implement.
