Each chapter is thorough without being boring. I enjoyed the author's first hand accounts of starting up as a part time side hustle and working his way into a thriving full-time successful business.
If you've been in the inflatables or event rental industry, you'll find a lot of relatable experiences.
If you are brand new to the industry, you'll want to read it cover to cover and the author added some nice text book style overviews and major takeaways at the end of each chapter and even left room for you to make any notes or keep a to-do list.
For those of you who are more experienced in party rental, you can jump to relevant chapters where you'd like a second opinion on best practices or to get new ideas on how to approach addition rental items or even find new avenues to land new customers.
I found this book very helpful. I'm putting the tips for finding employees into practice, and I'm following the advice for outreach methods to churches and schools during the winter months.
